After Purchase Questions

Please allow 1-3 business days for warehouse processing, typically it will take about 7 to 14 business days to arrive. The arrival time varies from country to country.

Typically, this is caused by an incomplete/incorrect shipping address or carrier cannot get in touch with you. Please contact the shipping company or customer service to arrange for a correction or re-delivery of your parcel.

According to our Return policy, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged: jewelry, underwear, handmade accessories and any customized items for which return or exchange is noted as not being supported. Also, the return was only accepted within 30 days after the purchase date.
