We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases from UponBasics. However, if you need to make a return or request a refund, we're here to make the process easy for you.

How Long Do You Have to Return a Product?

You have 30 calendar days from the date of purchase to initiate a return. Please ensure that your return package is postmarked within 30 calendar days to be eligible for a refund.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping is free for incorrect or defective shipments.
If you purchased the wrong product, it doesn't fit, or simply changed your mind, a $7.99 fee will be deducted from your refund.

Product Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, with all tags attached and in its original packaging.

How to Initiate a Return?

1. Contact us by email at csr@uponbasics.com to start your return process. We will review your request and provide you with the return shipping address within 1-2 calendar days.

2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it back to the designated address as soon as possible.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval of your refund. Refunds will be processed within 3-5 calendar days to your original payment account or credit card, depending on your bank's processing time.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. However, you can place a new order for the desired item and initiate a return for the original purchase. Your refund will be processed upon receipt of the returned package.

REFUND

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment account or credit card within 3-5 calendar days.
